General Bonus Principles

• Only one deposit bonus may be claimed per qualifying deposit, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period — any unused bonus will expire automatically once that period lapses;
• Stich88 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse, attempts to circumvent terms, or suspicious activity;

Bonus Abuse Policy

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potentially account closure:

• Colluding with other members to circumvent wagering requirements through opposing bets (hedging);
• Using software or automated methods to maximise bonus value;
• Providing false information during the bonus claim process.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals will be entertained regarding the results of completed games;
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active round, Stich88 will attempt to restore the outcome based on server records. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and the wagered amount refunded;
• Stich88 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, hardware failures, or technical issues beyond our control;

Stich88 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate in-game actions;
• Threatening, harassing, or distributing harmful or unlawful content through Stich88's communication channels;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Stich88 account to any other party;
• Using a false identity, fraudulent documents, or misleading information during the KYC process or in any interaction with Stich88;
• Any attempt to compromise the infrastructure, security, or integrity of the Stich88 platform.

Stich88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member through a self-exclusion programme;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
